The trial version impressed us, with over 8000 products we needed a good translator for specially formatted content, and editing the translation is easy. Now we only have to figure out how to achieve the automatic translation for all those products in more languages. For other problems, I got quick help, for which I thank Jennifer, Anna, and Andy.

I am located in the US, but if I want the flag to appear, the British flag appears with the US lag and it cannot be changed. I do not like that, but customer service was very helpful. The currency info seems to work as desired.

The pros about this app are the options for the switcher which are more stylish than other similar apps from a visual perspective and the best of Transcy is definitely the fact that integrates and works perfectly with Shopify markets. I used this app to be able to offer my yoga clothes in spanish and english. It did it, but only partially. It is also a little slow. Otherwise, a good app for simple translation.

I use this help to help me add a second language to my website. Customer support is always able to help you. I don't like that it does automatically the 3rd party apps and you're not able to edit them. Other than that, I am satisfied with the experience so far.
