good plugin. really helped me to add currency and language to the Shopify store. pricing looks quite expensive.

Currently, this app does not work with subfolders for translations. Even the app support person admits it. But we identified a solution - Use the Customer's Location option and enable all languages for your store in the primary market. In testing with a VPN, the language switched correctly as desired. 5 stars for customer service. They respond very very fast and solve problems quickly. but only give 4 stars because of some translate issue. it sometimes would translate the code of my theme, so I have to edit the translation manually. That takes a lot of time.

Update: The 3rd party app translations sometimes overwrite already applied translations inside transcy. It's a nightmare to get this sorted (I've been going on about 3 weeks trying to get this done now). The app works fine, but it overwriting itself is a massive problem.

I had some questions on putting the switcher in a specific spot in my theme and was helped super fast (on a weekend day, even) which I really appreciate.
The app is very extensive and takes a bit of getting used to, but everything is done very intuitively and after learning how to work with it, it's absolutely perfect for both language and currency efforts.

It's still good for use at present, but I hope to improve the position of the selector on the home page in the future, so that we can adjust the position, such as moving up, down, left, and right directions, etc.

piano premium molto buono e interessante, si possono cambiare anche le immagini con testo delle altre sezioni. assistenza clienti, dopo i primi fraintendimenti ha capito i miei problemi e ha risolto velocemente tutto. eccellente l assistenza 7/24. disponibili a qualsiasi ora e anche di domenica, sono poche le app che regalano questo servizio.

It is a great app allowing us to have different currencies (at automated exchange rates), user-friendly interface and very good customer support that solves all our problems asap. Only reason we are not giving 5 stars is the speed of the interface, which takes long to load causing obvious delays and, even worse sometimes, saved translations are not properly saved.

The app works great at providing my site a Spanish option. I do wish Latin-American Spanish would be an option as quite a few words are said differently and might be confusing to my audience. Otherwise it is a great option and customer support (Jennifer in particular) has been amazing at helping me with any questions.
