It has been great. Some bugs and issues but I think that has to do more with our outdated theme and the support staff like Anne are super fast and helpful with their responses

Definitely recommend this app! We decided to try the Premium Free Trial to get a feel for what the app is capable of, and we're impressed. We'll be moving to paid subscription without a doubt. Currently we're translating 5-6 different languages at the moment, incorporating the use of OpenAi & DeepL which have done a fantastic job.

There were some small technical issues with the site that took place during the translation process but support was FAST to help, and Giselle had our site back to normal within 30 minutes. Thank you!

If you're looking to expand into new markets, this app is the real deal.

this is suck.If you are an e-commerce website, please translate product titles and URLs as needed. Because Google will determine that your translated products are new products, which will cause your store to have thousands of more products. Don't translate pictures either, because the last picture will be retained in this app. If you change your picture, it will not be displayed on your front page, and your website will always display your last picture. If this app gives a lot of translation options, then there should be prompts next to the options so that novices can make relevant judgments. But there was nothing, which caused some problems on my website.

I've had a few issues with this app translaing but it is still the best translation app on shopify.

Great app!
I love the simple UI with the powerful tools and features!
I have tested many others, but I can truly say, this did the job and more, even thought me some feature I didn't realized I want until I found theme here.

the support theme is always there, no matter what time and how every simple and stupid or complex my quasion was, they are there, with screen shots to help me understand the issue and how to fix it or even fix it themself.

if I can give them more than five star, I will.

Disappointing Experience with Transcy AI :

I had a really frustrating experience with Transcy AI. The app was difficult to use and plagued with multiple bugs. I initially chose a plan to test it out, but due to all the issues, I ended up uninstalling it. After a month, I decided to give it another try and pick the plan that suited my needs, only to be told that I couldn’t have a free trial anymore. Even though I couldn't use it properly the first time because of the bugs, they insisted I pay upfront. They have all the data of my previous use, yet they expect you to pay for something you never really got to test. On top of that, their customer service takes a long time to respond. Honestly, for an app with such a reputation, this is far from professional. I cannot recommend Transcy AI due to their lack of flexibility, especially when it was their fault in the first place.
