customer services is great and advice is right. overalll translate app is easy to use for person like me w/o technical background. so i m sure all of you love this app.
Even though I find it ridiculous that an additional app is needed to input data to a subdomain, this app was very easy to use. We used the "manual" option as we speak the additional language needed and don't trust AI translation 100%. The only negative is, the content is not displayed in order of how it appears on the page, blog post, product description etc, therefore when translating content, you sometimes have no idea where the sentence or paragraph is located on your site and it makes it difficult to translate in context. Since we are forced by Shopify to add an additional 3rd party app - this is the one I would suggest.
Support was fast and effective. App very well made and easy to use, even the free version. excellent

I spent almost 40 hours translating my store in June. I come back from vacation and all the translations are gone, and I see no way of getting them back. What a waste of time.
Great, it supports translation in many languages, and the most important thing is that it is free, thank you very much!

Worth to mention its the only app of that nature with a free plan that is this offers enough language to start with. So far so good.
So far been an excellent and easy-to-navigate app. Great experience so far, hopefully I don't encounter any problems!
