I had so many issues with this app
the app has so many bugs

Translation didnt work ai translation works one day and not the other day

i do not recommend this app
We had the pro package
waste of time and money

I was disappointed with the support I received. They didn’t assist me in installing the selector on the mobile version of the menu, and they didn’t even send a collaborator request to help with the widget installation. Unfortunately, I think it's time to explore other app options.

I test your app and all my store was compromised because of your app. My previous languages was deleted after I did that from the app.
Don t recommend. Also email support is very slow.

No one is there to answer your query and help. I changed all the 200 + currencies with mannual exchange rate one by one manullay and they reset it to default from their end. On asking why, there is no such reply from their end. Total waste of time.

I am sorry to give only 1 star, but I really had bad experience with is App and also from the support team. PROS:
1. Their conversion is most likely same as google conversion rate, which is good
2. They support multi language and their basic translation I notice there is a minimal issue, but overall for me is not an issue.

CONS:

This app is not ready for prime time, its full of bugs and the visual translator really screws things up and seems to over ride the shopify translate and adapt and makes a total mess. Hard to get support also. The AI translation quality is pretty good though, but once that is complete I cant see value. Also they keep charging you $9.99/month even if you cancel and come back in the same 30 days. ...

Very bad. Customer service often doesn't respond. And it crashes easily
