No Transparency, Terrible customer support.
No responding my replied.. it didnt work as expected.. My checkout page didnt perform well even using their tools. wasting my time. . It didnt fully convert all the pages.. It immediately charge my 19.99 even it's not working

This app makes it difficult to know how much the cost will be to translate my entire store. It has left me with a store which is translated just a little bit and now i'm held to ransom for anywhere between $300 and $900 usd to complete the translation, or leave it as it is with a partially translated store, why would an app even provide a partial translation? For all my multi lingual clients who would not need a translation anyway? Definitely more honest providers out there, which I will be using in the future. Also, support less than supportive when I was trying to discuss removal of their code from my store. Avoid.

It's terrible to use, there is no online customer service, many functions are not very smart, and I can't find the answer, and I can't solve it well after paying.

We do offer online support for our app TMS, including email support and many online guides and videos. We are always happy to help new users set up our app, and any questions you might have! Our records indicate that you sent us an email that we did reply to, but we never heard back from you afterwards. Can you check your email again in case it was sent to your spam folder by accident? Or maybe send us another message so that we can get your problems sorted out for you?

Was bringen einem 50 Sprachen die man Übersetzen kann wenn man nur so wenig Wörter zur Verfügung hat in unserem und wahrscheinlich in den meisten Shops würde das nicht mal für eine Sprache ausreichen aber höchstens zwei. Hauptsache man kauft für 10 Dollar nochmal 10.000 Wörter. Da würde die Übersetzung der z.b. 50 Sprachen gefühlt mehr kosten als der BIP von Deutschland. Das sollte definitiv überarbeitet werden. 99% der Konkurrenz bieten eine bestimmte Anzahl an Sprachen und die darf man dann auch ohne Beschränkung von Wörtern oder Buchstaben übersetzen. Es gibt ebenfalls Bild Übersetzung und Co. und kostet weniger.

Definitiv nicht Empfehlenswert. In meinen Augen grenzt das an Betrug. Werben mit bis zu 50 Sprachen aber unmöglich mit dem Paket 50 Sprachen zu Übersetzen ohne sehr viel Geld auszugeben. Auch ein Stern ist zu viel.

Sadly, giving a one-star rating. 1) There is no live support. Super frustrating having an issue and having to wait for an email response without knowing how long it might take. 2) Search functionality is very limited. You can only see "translated," "non-translated," or "all" content. Need to filter a particular metafield called myfields.example? Bad luck. You'll need to go through one of the categories mentioned before. And they don't even show the metafield name. 3) The app presents bugs, such as product images not showing. 4) It does not show all values. For example, when checking a product, I'm missing quite a few metafields the product has. They simply are not on the list. All in all, I'm a big fan of Hextom bulk product edit, but this app does not make the cut. I will be asking a refund and finding a better solution.
