It's a wonderful app, that you can use for free if you are using the manual translation. I've used it to translate ten of thousands of words and it works mostly without problems. If something doesn't work, support is there to help you!
However, they released a big update in January 2023 which caused some parts of the app to not work correctly or at all for almost four weeks. It didn't affect translations that were already saved in shopify, but it prevented us from adding new translation in several cases.
After the update works correctly, I see that it includes really helpful functionalities, but I really wish they will be more careful in the future when implementing new stuff.

We have the free version. It works well if you have not much to translate. For larger sites the paid version seems to be the better choice. Support is good though.
I truly appreciate this app. It is very helpful in translating my store. My only suggestion to improve the app further, at this time, is to make it easier to find the text one needs/wants to translate. If you have a lot of text on your website, it can take some time to scroll through all the text to find the text you want to translate.
Good as of now i like it - the AI is good and the transisiion happend faster. let me try more and give you more reviews

Just downloaded the app. Here for the extra 20.000 Words for free. Currently it is not bad. I have to learn how to use the app, but it seems not bad.
I thank Karen who was a great help and she answered each of my questions and was able to provide solutions for the translation of my site. I am really satisfied with this application and its services.
I recommend everyone to use this application which is quite simple to use and whose support is very effective.
