Really happy with TrueTracked so far. Setup was easy and support has been fast and helpful whenever I've had questions. Our Meta ads tracking is a lot more accurate now! Event Match Quality is up to around 9.3/10, and we've seen an improvement in ad performance since switching. Definitely recommend.
TrueTracked made it much easier to see where our revenue actually comes from instead of relying on what Meta, Klaviyo, and other platforms report.
The dashboard is simple and shows which campaigns and channels are really driving sales. We also use the server side tracking to send better conversion data back to Meta. Our Event Match Quality went up, and the campaigns have been performing better since.
Setup was easy and support has been really helpful.
TrueTracked helped us get much clearer and more accurate conversion tracking and attribution. We tested the native Shopify Meta integration and Stape for server-side tracking. Stape worked for firing events, but couldn't send enriched conversion data back for better ad optimization.
With TrueTracked, we're able to send accurate and more enriched conversion signals back to Meta, Google Ads, and other ad platforms through server-side tracking. It also helps with iOS tracking limitations and ad blockers, which gives us more confidence in the data we're using to scale ads.
The attribution dashboard is also very useful. It gives a much better picture than relying only on Meta or Google reports, and helps us see which channels and campaigns are actually driving revenue and profit across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and other marketing channels. The full customer journey view is a big plus.
Onboarding was very easy too, with no coding or GTM setup needed. Support has been fast and helpful. Highly recommend TrueTracked for any store running paid ads.

Was using GTM server-side tracking with Stape io before. It worked, but there was always quite a bit to manage with tag configuration, server container, developer setup and updates.
Switched to TrueTracked and the setup was very easy. Server-side tracking and Meta CAPI were up and running without all the GTM work, and the attribution dashboard is also really useful.

As an e-commerce store doing around €500k in annual sales and relying heavily on Meta Ads, the quality of the data we send to Meta is extremely important to us.
Before TrueTracked, we were using another tracking solution, but the main issue was that it was sending events only through the Conversion API. Meta recommends sending events through both the browser and CAPI, with proper deduplication, and TrueTracked covers exactly that setup.
Even though TrueTracked is still a relatively new tool, we felt confident giving it a try because Sharif, the founder, answered every technical question we had in detail and was very transparent about how the tracking works.
After testing it, everything has been working properly, including browser and server-side events and deduplication. We are already seeing better performance in our ads and revenue, which makes sense because Meta has better-quality data to optimize from.
On top of that, TrueTracked is cheaper than many other solutions we looked at. You also get a full dashboard where you can see the customer journey, which gives us additional insight into how customers behave on our website and what happens before a purchase.
For us, it has been a very solid upgrade to our Meta tracking setup, and we can definitely recommend it.
