very easy to setup and eager to answer any questions. I wish there was a capability that if you created an item in 1 platform it would push it and create it in the other linked platform, but otherwise really like the product.
I was looking for a solution to syncing my inventory between my Square POS and my website with Shopify and Trunk was exactly what I needed! It has made managing my inventory levels so much easier!
I could have saved a lot of time and energy if I would have discovered Trunk much earlier. It does exactly what we need and was simple to setup! It has been the perfect solution for us!

I highly recommend using Trunk. I had researched other companies, but nothing compared. They made it SUPER convenient for me to manage all my inventory across multiple listings and platforms. I can't imagine going back to not using it. SUCH A TIME SAVER, and instantly calculates my inventory after a sale. Having to manage hundreds of orders a week was getting hard to keep up with inventory changes. It was a little tough to grasp at first because I suck at technology but with the help of a super great customer service I was able to figure everything out. The quick response rate was incredible. I'm sure as I continue to grow my business and platforms I will use Trunk. Definitely worth the investment. :)

I started off using Square a few years ago and it does everything I want it to. I changed ecommerce host about 4 months ago to Shopify and I love everything about it, apart from the fact that it doesn't interface with Square, so I was having to manually update my Square and Shopify inventory every day which isn't great. Then I discovered Trunk! It does it all for me in real time at a cost that is great and well worth it, having taken all the pain out of maintaining my website and shop stock. Definitely recommend.

The app is exactly what I was looking for and is so easy to use. I was up and running within an hour. My product is simple, but keeping track of my raw material could have been a real headache without Trunk's bundling capability and real-time inventory syncing. It's clean. It's easy. It works.
As far as customer service goes, you won't find better. From the beginning, James has been attentive, helpful, and proactive in helping me get a handle on tracking inventory for my new small business. No matter the hour or the day, my needs were resolved in a timely and professional manner. That level of customer service is a hard thing to find these days and it's why I'll be a customer for as long as I'm in business!
I am an artist that makes sales and fulfillment both in person and through multiple online channels. Trunk has been great for getting my inventories synced across all the platforms. It was a breeze to get set up and tech support is easy to access withquick response times.
