God sent! As a new business owner of an e-commerce operation this is one of the best apps I’ve come across! It’s saving me so much time by automatically syncing my inventory across platforms. The best part is that it's very affordable!
I've used a few different apps to sync my Shopify/Square inventory and this is by far the best one! Easy to install, real time updates, user friendly and the developers are just fantastic with support. Would definitely recommend!
The app is working really well, very impressed after being with Linnworks for many years. The support from James has been amazing and the user interface is fantastic.
We did a ton of research before we decided to go with Trunk. We are a small company and needed a solution that would scale with us, but could not start at the price point of some of the larger products out there. Getting it installed was a little rough, and we had some issues that were brutal to over come, but Trunk worked with us (through Chat, no phone communication allowed) to solve the problems and now it it working great. It did take a few weeks to get the problems solved. I am glad we worked through the onboarding to get this program to work for us. For the first time, we are not dealing with over selling products. I give this 4 stars because the customer service and communication need a little work.
James is beyond helpful! I was having issues syncing my products and getting all my sku’s organized. James has always been available to help work through any issues.
Trunk has made such an exceptional difference for me in managing my inventory. I am now able to keep track of items that have been bundled as gift sets, without having to separate them manually or spend hours recounting every week. It allows me to sync my inventory on both my Shopify and my Etsy sites, without the headache of updating both sites every time inventory changes.
