Trunk ‑ Stock Sync & Bundling

Charged me after I cancelled this service! unacceptable. The service did not work as advertised and now they are still charging me. AVOID

Trunk is exactly what I was looking for in an inventory management system. It's easy to use it and straightforward. I love that because of trunk I'm able to easily offer variations on products across my different channels, and not worry that I'll be overselling.

Trunk has been super easy to use and set up. Using multiple selling channels was such a headache and they have made it so much easier. When I've had a question they've responded promptly and have helped to make this a very smooth transition! Thanks TRUNK team!

I've been using Trunk for a good few weeks now and have been really impressed. I couldn't trust the previous software I was using; it often stopped working and got confused with product variations. So far there have been no such problems with Trunk. It's also reassuring to see stock updates lightning fast when an adjustment has been made. I run 3 online shops (Shopify, Etsy and EBay) and managing inventory between them was taking up valuable time every day. I have a lot of unique, hand-made items too (I hand-paint artwork in bleach onto clothing) so double selling isn’t an option for me. This was quick and easy to set up, works perfectly in the background and leaves you with more time to do proper work! Customer service has been excellent, pretty sure they’re adding extra functions I’d like in future too. Worth the price and recommended.

We searched high and low before we found Trunk - they have saved us from headaches, over 5 hours a week of work, and are more responsive + less expensive than their competitors! Truly remarkable, I would suggest them to anyone doing cross-platform sales. We currently use them for Etsy, Faire, eBay, and Shopify. Haven't had a single glitch or mistake since they started over 4 months ago, and the inventory changes happen in under 15 seconds. My favorite inventory system is the one I don't have to manage!

Trunk also offers a brilliant workaround to Shopify’s constraint on inventory management with variations: if I have a single pendant but the customer can choose chain lengths, I don’t want to manage inventory quantities for each of the 3 different chain lengths. Instead, with a single master SKU, Trunk will sync all the variations, and when the pendant is sold, the other variations all automatically go to zero and the item is marked as sold out. A complete time-saver!

Trunk allows me to spend more of my time jewelry-making, growing my business, or just plain relaxing, instead of spending hours each month on multi-channel inventory management.
