This is a very useful solution – it works flawlessly and does exactly what it’s supposed to.
The only suggestion would be to offer a smaller starter plan – in our case, we don’t even use half of the monthly invitations, so we end up paying for something we don’t use.
Other than that, everything is great – highly recommended!

The app stopped working, I contacted support. I received the reply "I have reported a problem with the shipment for verification. When I receive a reply, I will get back to you with it", 12 days have passed since this e-mail and no one has contacted us!
Dear TrustMate: With other applications, in 99% of cases the problem is solved within 24 hours, the support asks for a "Collaborator Request", and then checks and solves the problem.
Customers: I do not recommend!
Happy with my purchase
- The application is smooth (very important criteria for me)
- Quick integration with my CMS through a plugin
- Nice widgets to integrate on the website (I wonder if it would be also possible to customize the colors one day in order to match the brand/website theme)
- Glad that the invitation is customizable
- Responsive client service
Overall I'm happy with the experience until now! I recommend ! Good investment !
The application does not work, it does not integrate with Shopify since it asks me each time for the UUID code and when I update it asks me again! The support does not seem responsive either, I was in contact with a person from their support yesterday and when I brought up this problem no more news, so I think I will turn to a more known and reliable solution and therefore do not recommend this app!
Świetna aplikacja , która z pewnością zwiększa ruch na sklepie. Im więcej pozytywnych opinii , tym bardziej klienci nam ufają. Cieszy nas również fakt, że klienci chętnie chcą wyrazić swoją opinię poprzez TrustMate. Widget na sklepie wygląda korzystnie i zachęcająco do zakupu. Obsługa i pomoc techniczna od strony firmy TrustMate na medal. Pozdrawiam !
