Not perfect and does still require manual fine tuning. However, the support is great, and it saves you hundreds of hours of time if you were to import products manually. Definitely recommend.

For the past year, I have been paying $199.99 per month for Slingshots services and $99.00 per month for Turn 14 apps services to import our data and catalogs from Atech Motorstate and Wheel Pros. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, no products have been successfully added to our website. While we do have SEMA data on the backend, it should not hinder the importation process. We are also confronting numerous challenges, including broken links, unindexed pages, and a variety of other technical issues.

I am actively seeking resolution with Slingshot and will provide updates on our progress. As of December 4, 2024, they have consistently ignored our requests for communication and support. Moreover, they conditioned their assistance upon the removal of a negative review. We have incurred expenses exceeding $5,000 for their services, and they recently communicated via email that they would cease working with us and recommended that we find an alternative vendor.

As of December 6, 2024, they suspended our account without prior notice. Currently, I am collaborating with a capable developer and have identified that, despite my careful exclusions of specific brands and collections from our site, their system continues to upload excessive amounts of unwanted data and products. This situation remains ongoing, and I will provide updates as necessary. We have provided full support for this account including phone, email, and online meetings. As an app provider we rarely get to meet clients face to face. In this case we had the opportunity to meet in person in November and walked through each aspect of the store. Products were loaded, automation was in place, and we also tested out the payment gateway and contact links. The store owner agreed that every aspect of the store was functioning correctly. We hired an independent SEO expert to confirm that the root issue was that the store was not getting traffic. The client was expecting us to get sales for him. However, marketing and SEO optimization is not a service that we provide.

From day one, they've been incredibly supportive, whether it was answering a simple question or tackling a complex issue with a developer's help. Excellent app - changed my life. Forget crazy csv files with tons of errors.. your catalog will be up to date 24/7! Great support team as well! Highly recommend

Awesome APP. The Data Here-to-there team in conjunction with T14 have really made this super smooth and easy. Super easy to setup and will save time putting in orders on a daily basis. Shout out to Alexandra for going over and beyond ensuring everything worked before going live. 5 stars, highly recommended. The cost of the subscription is a bargain for the hours saved every month.

Time consuming setup as expected, but user friendly, and great support. We've used others with clunky and outdated systems that actually cost more. DH2T is worth what you pay.

This app has been very useful to help us keep our website updated with latest products and pricing. We were having MAP issues with a different app that was supposed to be updating regularly, but was not updating as we had expected. Since using this app, we've had no MAP violations and our pricing is accurate. Support has been timely as well. Any time we have an issue/question, their support team is quick to assist and help us through it and get a resolution. I do wish the descriptions for a lot of the products were more descriptive, but that's a Turn14 problem, not a problem with the app. One thing Turn14 doesn't tell you, is that some brands do not allow product descriptions to be passed over via API, so brands like GReddy won't have good descriptions. Again, not an app issue, but something worth knowing about.

Turn 14 is aware of it too and does what they can to influence the brands to improve the quality of their data, as well. We'll keep working on it!
