The Upload-Lift app is great and customer support is fabulous. Michael is a great help, responded quickly and is a true pro-active thinker (comes with suggestions) and is customer orientated - he added some code for me and restored an error in my coding elsewhere that prevented Upload-Lift to work optimally. Thanks for all your help.

I used this app to help clients upload images for a custom printed product and it works really great, its easy to use forclients and easy for me to work with the uploads after they purchase a product

Excellent app with great customer service. I had a problem that the thumbnail of the uploaded image was aboce my fixedc navbar and the customer service answered within a few hours and told me how to fix the problem in the theme code.
I´m using this app for personalized canvases and it´s working perfectly, would recommand it for everybody.

I recommend 100% both applications "live-product-options and upload-lift" from Cloudlift.App. The two are very versatile, highly configurable, and work very well together. You can configure them according to the needs of the products and you can visually use a custom CCS for the variant visuality of the products, you also have other customizable visual options. Despite being such a young app, I highly recommend it. The best thing they have is technical support with a quick response in less than an hour, and if you have any problems they also attend you on weekends. I am very grateful for this app and for Michael, who has always found a solution to all my problems.

Good app. Great customer service. Michael responded really quickly to both my problems. Unfortunately he couldn't help with one problem due to it being an android phone issue rather than an issue with the app. The other issue I had he found out the problem and fixed it quickly. Thanks again Michael!

This app is AMAZING! I had no problems at all linking it to my site and did a test run and it links to my orders perfectly. It was super easy to and very user friendly to integrate and and I love that I could select a colour theme to my liking. I contacted customer support - just to tell them how awesome they are - and they responded very quickly - which I truly believe they would have even if I was looking for a solution to something. Thank you so much!

This application is perfect for customers to upload their files and is very easy to use. Customer service is perfect, I just wanted to bring up the other options and hide the 'upload file' option for some of my products and was offered to modify the source code through my theme while waiting for the application is up to date.
It really is the best app on shopify that I have seen.

Cette application est parfaite pour que les clients chargent leur fichier;elle est très facile à prendre en main. Le service client est parfait.Je voulais seulement faire apparaitre les autres options et cacher l'option ''charger le fichier'' pour certains de mes produits et on m'a proposé de modifier le code source via mon thème en attendant que l'application soit à jour.
C'est vraiment la meilleure application sur shopify que jai vu.

I love this app from the very moment I downloaded it. This app is very useful especially for the services I provide at my store. I did have one issue with the placement of the upload form but when I contacted support they were able to help right away. I am not at all tech savvy so I was super glad they were able to step in and handle that for me. I love this app and I will definitely upgrade to paid version in the future. Highly recommended!!!
