Great functionality. The best app I've used for this specific need. The developers were also super attentive with any questions and were more than willing to help. Customer service is the best advantage when choosing products, and UploadKit definitely provides that!

We used this app after our old one started to give us problems. We were blown away by the design, the functionality, and the responsiveness and helpfulness of the support team. We couldn't be happier with this app.

Our business and website is 100% about offering our customers the ability to customize their products. We've gone through several ways to receive customer's artwork and files and have always had challenges.

We have use various apps and tools to try and receive customer files via our Shopify store. Our implementation was working but I always felt it could be better. Thankfully, I keep looking for a better file upload app and ran across UploadKit.

The app installation was very straightforward no glitches, no code for me to write or insert, it just installed easy. The app controls are also very intuitive and easy to modify. I'd say that the app as designed would serve the need of 99% of store owners without any additional configuration required.

We happen to be that 1% that has very specific rules, requirements and design guidelines that required us to need the app to behave slightly different. We use a lot of apps, some developers are terrible responders, some are average, some are great. Toby and the team at Upload Kit truly deserve another classification: EPIC!
Every question, request, curveball that we threw at them was met with a kind, thoughtful, quick response & solution. Every need fulfilled. The bar has been raised for other app developers.

As for the UploadKit app functionality, we are only scratching the surface but my initial impression is that it is very intuitive and has that perfect balance of features artfully designed so that the user experience is simple, obvious.

If you need to receive files from your customers, look no further than UploadKit. It is the best option without question.

The app is simple for my customers to understand and the help service is very fast and the assistants are friendly and patient. I was recommended this app by Shopify help center and it is a Godsend to say the least. Try it!

This app works great. Thanks to Toby, Jeff and Brian for adjusting everything to my needs! Support reply is very quick. Integration of links to the uploaded images of an order in automatic emails is very easy and very handy.

I was looking for a good photo uploader app, checked a few apps before this one and I have to say this one is the best! it has many options for the customers to choose from. installation was fast and without code stuff. and when I needed adjustment, customer service was super fast and reliable.
Plus, it is not expansive at all!
Highly recommend it!

Just testing to replace another upload app... and Looks amazing, customer service helps me with some technical modification for my product page, quick answer.
Many features at disposition. Replacing the other app I also save time speed, from 2.15 s to 1.85 second. A good app.

IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER DO NOT GET THIS APP!! It should be a beta version at best. If you have one simple upload field needed on one page, it may work, but if you have customers upload multiple files on the same page and they need to be in a certain order, good luck! All upload fields get automatically rearranged every time any changes are made to the app and our team spends hours rearranging them and TRYING to contact them. But they take about 12 hours to respond and fix any issues... and pretend they are not sure what the problem is. Right now as I write this I am literally having to close down my shop for the day to wait for their response because the glitches continue, and will most likely have to shut down for longer as I find another similar app. ***UPDATE*** As I sit here waiting for these guys to fix the issue and respond to my emails, I see that instead of fixing it and getting back to my last email, instead he writes a reply to my review to save his company's image before fixing my problem. It is the same person as he referenced my review in a previous email exchange. And by the way, his response to this review saying he has never heard of this is a lie. I really don't want to have to reveal email exchanges but he knows of this issue a week ago and said he knew what to do to fix it... but never fixed it. This is ridiculous. ***UPDATE 2*** This latest response is another lie. I have described the issue every which way I can, over and over, provided images for visual proof of the problem and even provided access to see in real time what was happening... The result? Instead of admitting he has no idea how to fix his broken app, the blame goes to me because I am not describing the issue "as requested"? All the guy wants to do is give me a refund and move on, but doesn't realize that we are a real business that will have to shut down and revamp much of our website. I understand he doesn't want to deal with me, but to spend more time replying to my reviews than actually helping me today is horrible service. I have had other issues with other apps, of course, but they actually try to fix the issue, not just say they keep fixing, but don't, and then blame the customer for not explaining it "as requested". An absolute joke!
