DO NOT USE AT ALL IF U HAVE OVER 100 PRODUCTS THIS IS FOR TINY SHOPIFY STORES,
IT DUPLICATES EVERYTHING IT TAKES FAR TO LONG TO UPLOAD IM TALKING 24 HOURS SLOW AND ONLY DONE 75 PRODUCTS. I EMAIL A GUY CALL STEVE AND ITS LIKE HES BLAMING ME LOL WHEN ITS CLEAR THERE SOFTWARE DOES NOT WORK FOR LARGE STORES AND IT SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR THEY GAVE ME 3GB STORAGE ON THERE FTP I TOLD THEM ILL NEED AROUND 20-25 THEY TOLD ME USE GOOGLE DRIVE

Hi Furniture Trend,

Our website (https://gocode.com.au/uploado/ftp-server/) clearly states that our (complimentary) FTP site for Uploado users have a 3GB limit. You've already greatly exceeded that by using 5.9GB, but you want 25GB. We provide our FTP site as an improvement in performance over using Google Drive which is our app's other mode of operation. Just to explain to you, an *advanced* (self-proclaimed in your emails) computer technician, this means using Google Drive would therefore be slower. And yet when you switch to using Google Drive, you complain about performance?

You complain bitterly about our app, but instead of uninstalling it, you then willingly, *manually* make an even *larger* purchase, for even *more* uploads!  This is even after we explain that all purchases are subject to our Terms & Conditions (https://gocode.com.au/uploado/terms-conditions/), and are non-refundable, especially for change of mind, by the Australian Consumer Law under which we operate. To be clear, these T & Cs are a requirement for our app to be listed in the Shopify store, and Shopify has no objection to them. And you demand a refund?

Your actions are so utterly opposed to your words. If you hate our app so much, why did you then make a subsequent purchase of even *more* than the initial amount? Could it be because our app was actually useful to you? Are you trying to get away with not paying for it by demanding your money back? Your actions speak louder than your words.

You use Uploado to upload images that are 50-60 megapixels, causing our server to crash, yet when we ask you to scale your images to 20 megapixels (Shopify's limit) you give us this nasty review. Our T & Cs state that "if you have insisted on having our Service provided in a particular way, against our usage instructions", you are not entitled for a refund.

Did you use your 100 free uploads before making a purchase? No at all. You made the app purchase, *before* completing even a single upload. If you did try our app first, you would have been able to judge how it would perform for your situation, *before* you paid, as a wiser merchant would do.

Did you, an advanced computer technician, RTFM (Read the Fine Manual) of our extensive instructions and warnings? (https://gocode.com.au/uploado/instructions/) Clearly not because you started using our app without knowing how to use it and got yourself in a mess. Thanks for your offer of "I even maybe able to help u solve you (sic) issues" but we'll wait until you learn to follow instructions. We just had a merchant install, upload and purchase, without any assistance from us. If you have any questions, just ask, nicely, please. Our customer support is always ready to help you.

You accuse us of fake reviews - we challenge you to back up your claims. Prove to the Shopify community and the readers of our response that our reviews are fake. Otherwise, *you* are the liar. Speaking about lying, you actually *are* a liar. You literally confess and assert that you are a liar. In your emails accusing us of lying, you state "u can not lie to a lier (sic)." If you now deny that you are a "lier (sic)", that makes you ... a liar. We eagerly await your proof that our reviews are fake, you self-proclaimed liar. Please feel free to update your review with an apology, if you are man enough to.

Also, a word of advice to you the self-proclaimed advanced computer techician: YOUR CAPS LOCK SEEMS TO BE STUCK. It's usually labelled "Caps" and is located at the left of your keyboard. If you can't find it on the left, try your other left. Please learn to communicate in a less shouty tone. It's considered bad manners. Learn manners. Learn to spell. Perhaps even learn some punctuation. You just might get further in life.

You abuse our customer support staff, Steve, who is trying to help you: "WHAT THE FUCK ARE U PLAYING AT STEVE". Is this really the way to interact with a fellow human, that you have never met, on the other side of the world, from all the way in the UK, who always courteously responded, even on a Sunday evening? Steve even patiently explained to you, the advanced computer technician, that your request to "please jut (sic) remove me from your software" could not be done as you had to uninstall our app yourself. Yet, you see it fit to abuse him.

BTW Our support is *that* good ⭐ that we are even civil to people who behave like this.

How would you characterize our (so-called) advanced computer technician who declares himself as a liar?

We speak to the international community of future users of Uploado - let us know your answer in the language of your choice. Better yet, install Uploado and try it for yourself.

The sad fact is that we live in a world where monkeys angrily bash on keyboards, but please read our other reviews and you can judge for yourself.

Can you really think this is a fair review? Can you actually believe Furniture Trend? Or is he, as they say here, full of __it.

Let this review remain at your own peril. It is a testament to all your future customers as to the rock-bottom expectations of dealing with Furniture Trend. 

We don't know you as person, but you lash out with such agression and rage over a Shopify app. For your own sake and people around you, and since you have been so generous to offer us so much unsolicited advice, we feel compelled to return your favour: Get. Help. Now.

We wish we could offer you psychological or even psychiatric help. But alas, we only offer Uploado - the easy and cost-effective way to bulk upload images to your Shopify store! 👍🕶💪
