Merchants appreciate this app for its simplicity, customization, and effective upselling features, which have reportedly boosted sales and views. The support team is commended for their prompt and helpful service. The app is beginner-friendly with a professional appearance. However, some merchants would like additional features such as bulk offer options and discount functionality.
This app is very easy to use and configure. It's nice that you can customize several pieces of not only the look/feel but also the content - you can over-ride the default text to make a strong call to action other than just Product Name.
We had a few quirky things in our theme that were not working quite right but Dan had them fixed in no time.

Had an issue with the Action Offer and Dan looked into it right away and even reached out to another app developer regarding overriding script. Dan also helped me stylise my On-Page Offer to better match my theme. Thanks a lot!
Have just installed the On-Page Offer and hope it will help to upsell my products. The On-Page Offer thumbnail is a little small, and Dan helped to enlarge it slightly.
Very effective features and pleased with the results so far. Only thing we wish we could add is a bulk offer option. Otherwise this is a great app once you learn how to leverage the features.
