Im Zeitraum, in der die App installiert war, waren ca. 300 Sitzungen laut Shopify auf der Produktseite. Abgebucht wurde dann direkt die Gebühr für 500+. Das ist mir zu Intransparent, wie die App die Zahlen erfasst. Leider keine Empfehlung

Ein kurzer Hinweis: Offer Views sind nicht dasselbe wie Sitzungen in Shopify. Jedes Mal, wenn SellUp einem Besucher angezeigt wird, z. B. auf der Produktseite, im Warenkorb oder als Pop-up, zählt das als eine Impression. Ein einzelner Besucher kann dabei mehrere Impressions erzeugen, weshalb die Zahl höher ausfällt als die Sitzungen in Shopify.

Great app to help our customers find the add-on products they're looking for. I really like that I can customise the add-ons for products individually, as this is something that really suits the products I sell. Support has been great- minor issue with my theme stopped SelUp working, but Dan had it fixed quickly giving me peace of mind.
Die Art der Abbuchung ist nicht transparent. Obwohl die App deaktiviert ist wurden innerhalb von 1h 300 Views erzeugt. Laut Entwickler wird nach Anzahl der Views abgerechnet. Für mich ist das fast Betrug und die App sollte als unseriös gemeldet werden.

SellUp provides the tools to help maximise your AOV, but getting results depends on setting up upsells that make sense for your specific products and customers.
If you're unsure where to start, try enabling AI mode on your On Page and Cart upsells, it'll automatically suggest relevant product pairings based on what shoppers are viewing.

Got prompt and helpful response on a query.
Received 666 views in 30 days - and was charged $29.99 (that's the rate for 5,001 to 10,000 views in a month) - should have been charged $14.99 (not that we got any revenue from the upsell app) - I really cannot be dealing with these apps that overcharge v stated pricing then make it impossible to contact them. Suggest you look elsewhere for an app that charges the stated monthly fees

When contacting support regarding a collection page feature change on the update, Dan from the support team addressed the issue to the developers and kept me in the loop. Within five hours he was able to let me know that the developers had resolved the issue and updated me with a photo of future update plans.
Asked for our buttons to match what we had on the website and the job was done, perfectly. Thank you so much!
