Outstanding support and one of the best Shopify app experiences we’ve had.
We tested many different progress bar / upsell apps before finding Yaco Progress Bar, and none of them came close to the flexibility, support, and willingness to help that Yann and his team provided.
Our setup required very specific customizations:
- dynamic milestone discounts (3 products = 20%, 5 products = 25%)
- custom milestone icons
- German wording adjustments
- mobile optimization
- crossed-out original prices and discounted totals
- proper integration into our cart drawer
- premium visual styling matching our brand
Instead of giving generic answers or saying “not possible”, Yann worked through every detail with us step by step until everything matched exactly what we envisioned.
The final result now looks like a true premium brand experience on both desktop and mobile — not like a generic Shopify app.
What really stood out was the communication, patience, technical understanding, and genuine motivation to help us create something beautiful for our store.
Absolutely recommended.

The app will appear to be setup and then suddenly stop working, yet they continue to take your money and don't reply to support requests. Do not recommend!

I'm very sorry and confused about the exprience you had.
We acknoledged your chat message and asked for details in 2 minutes.
We checked our progress bar on your shop and found the bug it seams you were talking about.
I sincerly apoligize for that.
It took us 3 hours to fix it since you first message. Then we sent you a second message asking for a confirmation from your side but we never get a reply since your very first message.
Sometimes merchants don't reply, we respect it.
Our chat system says you read all of our messages. We thought it was ok but it looks like you never got those messages.
We sent you the transcript of the conversation at your "info" email.
Please, could you check it?

This app is very simple to use and the support team is GREAT! The app gives you a lot of options to customize your progress bar so it can match your store. I would like it to have a few more features but I believe there are some updates coming so that will be great!

First goal for cart works well and looks great, the 2nd goal option for free product does not work and is very glitchy, big shame
