Vamaship

I have been using Vamaship for over a month now. Overall I have had a decent experience with them.

The customer service definitely needs improvement. If you call on the Toll Free number, nobody will pick up. Also, if you write a mail/raise a ticket, they will not even respond on that and that becomes a major challenge.

Another issue I have is that if a customer has requested for future delivery, and even after giving NDR instructions, the re-attempt doesn't happen the next day and the package goes on hold. It has happened to me multiple times where customers have called us and mentioned that no re-attempt has been made.

These are the two major challenges that I am facing currently while using Vamaship.

But, overall, Vamaship has been performing decently well. I just hope they do something to reduce the NDR's as it impacts the business in a massive way.

We have been using Vamaship for over a year now and are really happy with their services. The Backend team does a great job at understanding where they can improve and work on the feedback that is given.

We are very happy with the service. Their prices are competitive even though they use delivery partners like Fedex and BlueDart. We have been using them for more than 6 months and our customer delivery experience has improved.
