Great app! Everything works the way that is promised and the customer support is great too! They have a chat, which for me is really important when I choose which app to add to my store.

I had an issue with images for all variants showing at the same time, which I didn't want. This app fixed the issue quickly and easily.

My - minor - issues at set up were VERY quickly replied to, with easy to understand explanations.

I used this app to help me add separate product images for different variants. It works great and the support is exceptional!

We have used this app for our furnishing webshop. It wasn't quite working perfectly after we set it up, but a few emails later with the team behind the plugin, everything was up and running. Great plugin and great support! :-)

This app provides EXACTLY what I was looking for i.e. the ability to show multiple images for each variant of my products. Beyond that, the company's customer service is truly above and beyond. I am far from a techno whiz and could not figure out how to get the app to work on my site. They held my hand every step of the way and responded quickly, kindly and professionally to each of my emails. They even reconfigured my theme for me in a way that would allow the app to work optimally. I can't thank them or recommend them enough!

In addition, the StarApp support is amazing. The app was not working with our theme and StarApp took the time out to fix this one-off issue. We appreciate their hard work and attention.

If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.

First of all, it does exactly what it says it will, and it does it extremely well. It takes your pages to the next step, and makes your product variants look far more polished. I was thrilled with what it did. I'd say it took my product variant page from a 6 out of 10 to a 9/10 easily. Easily.

But the reason I'd rate them far more than 5 stars if I could is because when I had an issue with my page which I thought could be related to the app, they reviewed it rapidly and reached out to me to let me know it wasn't the app. What was amazing, though, was that despite this issue not being related to the app, the support of this app still modified my page for me to fix an issue they never even caused in the first place. That's beyond next level customer service. That's serious quality, and they were very kind and informative every step of the way. Just very, very impressed with them.

I told them I'd tell everyone I knew about them for this reason, and I intend to. Get this app. It's worth way more than they charge, and their customer service makes it priceless.
