The software is terrible. It did not import the states my customers were in and there is no way to cancel the service in the software. I had to send 6 emails.

Does not integrate with vertical response classis , bad customers service, responses takes 5 days, it is sad that Vertical response does not have any interest to integrate to shopify i need to look for another email service
