Excellent tool that I've been implementing across a cosmetics website. The onboarding and installation process has been very smooth and our Account Manager, Eugen, has been extremely responsive and helpful, continuing to help us make the most of the features available. Delighted to have found this and to have had such a smooth experience too. I'd highly recommend it!

VideoWise is the best eCom video platform we've ever seen. Simple onboarding, great UI/UX, solid functionality, and an awesome partner to work with. We tested it on our site and it boosted our CVR. Highly recommend trying it out on your store.

VideoWise is an incredible addition to any store. The ability to provide short format, shoppable videos is a game changer. This app helps us do a few things. One, our retention rate skyrocketed, people stay to watch our endless feed of content to educate customers on what Gel Blasters are and how they work. Two, it helped us tremendously with our CVR. The ability to buy the product after watching a few videos is genius and frictionless. Overall, great tool for putting out content and converting your visitors.

We literally saw sales coming through our shoppable videos DAY ONE!!!! It is such a beautiful shopping experience, keeps the customers on your site and feel just like TikTok or IG stories, which people are used to. It makes sense. I couldn't be more impressed with the VideoWise team as well. They helped advise me on how to set it up to increase conversion, convert other videos on my site that weren't shoppable to now be shoppable and cleaned up my branding. It really made a difference! Now I'm integrating it with my SMS campaigns to add shoppable video links to all those as well. I can't to see the conversion when that's done! The app is great ! It was a really good addition to our website since Shopify is sometimes quite limited when it comes to displaying videos.
Stela introduced us to the app and then we have been working with Leonardo who has given us all the support and has worked very quickly to make sure we understood the system .
The platform is very easy to use and it synched very easily to our product catalogue .

Very user-friendly back-office, which is rare enough to be worth mentioning. The team was very responsive, and Eugen was very helpful during a presentation video-call. So far, I'd say it's perfect!

Be careful if you get this app and want to cancel your account!, YOU HAVE TO SEND AN EMAIL AND THEY DON'T EVEN REPLY. IVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS TRYING TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT with no response!

The entire team at Videowise is responsive and easy to work with. The onboarding was comprehensive with very few issues. We absolutely love the overall look and feel of the app/videos on our site. The shoppable videos make it easy for the customer to buy. The back end is very straightforward to use and whenever I have questions, the Videowise team is ready to help. We're looking forward to great results with this app. Video shopping is definitely growing in popularity.

Very cool app. They instantly matched the product review videos from YouTube to the products on my store. Claudiu was also very helpful walking through the product setup. Very cool.
