Had a few issues in the beginning with the app and getting it working correctly but after a few messages we did get the menu working fine. The app its self is very easyto use and allows lots of options which for a free app is great. Only having an issue at the moment now with it working on mobile devices but will update the review again once we get this resolved.

We already replied to you within 1 working day (Except weekend). It's not fair for us while we are working hard to support you for a free app and keep getting a negative review from you for the problem which is not from our app
Menu editor is extremely laggy and produces glitchy results. When I was having an issue getting menus to appear in my theme, the team completely ruined my scss "fixing" the issue. I had to rehash my scss from scratch due to this since there is no versioning for assets in Shopify. REALLY BAD support. They cost me days of work on the scss. Unacceptable to delete/edit code without asking first.
I am very surprised to receive your negative review. We’ve supported and reported the job on 19/8 and we have not received any of your comments about the SCS issue on your site.

I have sent multiple emails, also provided access as collaborator. Its over a week, still I am not getting any response. Lost my patience. I am uninstalling this app. Not happy with App as well as support.
I'm so sorry for the bad experience you got while using our app. We are improving the app right now, and when it's ready, we will publish the newest code which makes sure will work smoothly on all Shopify store. From now on, we also check the app support email every day to answer any question as soon as possible
The app is nice to use but will not publish to the website, despite following the instruction videos closely. The support is as good as non-existent. We have waited 3 days to get help installing the menu, and it's still not sorted out.

On Monday morning, when we came back to work and got your message, we already sent response messages and the support request to access your website but didn't get a reply from you, maybe at that time you already uninstalled our app

I just spent over two hours customizing this menu just to find that it does NOT work with 2.0 themes! Please fix!

I'm sorry for the bad experience you got while using our app. Maybe your theme is a bit special, so that the app doesn't work well on it.
Because we're testing carefully and it's working well on 2.0 theme. We already tested on Dawn (It's default 2.0 online store theme developed by Shopify and it's displaying nicely)

At first glance this looks decent. I spent several hours making menus and then my images would all vanish. I would add them back for them only to disappear again. Unusable app.

Regarding your feedback, the images are not displaying. That's strange. All our other clients who install this app to display images on the menu perfectly
I checked all the support channels but didn't get any message or email from you. So we don't have any chance to check the problem.

I installed it on Dawn theme 8.0, and doesn't work. I'm not able to add the mega menu to my theme. Does this work with this theme?
Yes, our app is fully tested on the Dawn theme and it's working fine. Maybe there's some special code or feature on your website which is compatible with our app. Therefore, feel free to contact us via the support system inside the app (Click on the Help icon from the left sidebar), and we will check carefully to make sure the app works well on your Shopify store
The worst customer support in the world! I contacted them on Wednesday, today is Saturday ... They write me back a very short answer, i provided them with everything even access to our page!! and we debated about the problem and then they stopped replying.
