I have not installed wair. I am not using it. I never even onboarded but I am still being charged. This smells like a SCAM!!!!! BEWARE!!!

Our records show that you installed the WAIR service in mid-June, 2023, but never completed the setup. We cancelled your subscription and rolled back your most recent billing since you hadn't completed the setup.
