Awesome customer service. They answered all my questions and took care of all my concerns very promptly. The app is very straightforward and seemless to use compared to other apps that are very complicated. I can't express enough how top notch their customer service is. Someone is always available to help.They won't stop until your issue is resolved and most of the time it's resolved within minutes.

This is the most reliable Walmart app out there. And customer service is unbelievably good. I had some question and needed help. Sonali was wonderful she helped with trouble shooting and guided that same instant.

I would definitely recommend this app! I was having such a hard time logging in and getting set up but, when I reached out to Support, I was contacted by Divy Singh and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the app. His Customer Support was Excellent. He made me feel Comfortable going forward.

Ive been using CedCommerce for Etsy and their app is fantastic which is why I have now downloaded their Walmart app. I needed a little support to get started in which their support team went above and beyond to help me! Thank you!

Easy set up and automatic products sync are a plus.
Support helps troubleshoot any questions.
Although it is better to troubleshoot through their live chat.

The App works just great. You need to make sure that you don't have any duplicate variations in your collections. I had that issue and after talked with the support I have created new collection for Walmart upload with unique SKUs. The online chat support is just great and very knowledgeable. They helped me with all my issues. They also corrected many incorrect listings for me.

the CED Commerce team has only been professional, kind, and hardworking to ensure that my store and products do well. they are very easy to contact and will answered any questions i had swiftly. they dont just tell you what to do or how to do it, they actively go through and help with each step of the process, and once your products are on Walmart they even go through and improve listing quality and help get your product shown on front search pages seriously cannot recommend this app enough if you are looking to breakthrough to Walmart.

I absolutely LOVE the service I received. The process was so confusing for me on my own. However, they have been assisting me to streamline things and have taken so much weight off of my shoulders. I am extremely grateful!

This team is bomb.com They are knowledgeable, nice, are on top of everything. I have not experienced customer service like I have with them. I spoke to a person last night and today and they are both great and need a raise!
