WarmInbox

Tried WarmInbox for a couple of days to improve email deliverability. The setup was quick, and I like that it pre-fills details to save time. So far, it’s running smoothly, and I can see my email warming up in the dashboard.

I connected my email account using a Google app password, and the setup was surprisingly easy. The instructions were clear and detailed, so there was no confusion.

I like how everything is automated, but I’d love some notifications or a weekly summary about my progress. Right now, I have to log in to check things, and it would be more convenient to get updates directly.

WarmInbox does a good job of warming up my email, and I can see emails landing in my inbox, which helps build credibility. My only small complaint is that I wish there were an option to adjust the warm-up speed manually instead of following a fixed schedule. Other than that, it’s been working as expected.

It feels weird seeing random emails appear in my inbox at first, but after reading up on warm-up processes, it makes total sense. WarmInbox does all the heavy lifting in the background, and I don’t have to stress about my emails landing in spam once I start sending.

Works as expected, but I think the dashboard could provide more detailed insights on how my warm-up is progressing.

All I had to do was connect my email, and the app started working on its own.

One thing I really appreciate about WarmInbox is that I can see the health score of my email account. It’s super important to know if my inbox reputation is improving before I start sending cold emails. Having a clear metric to track makes it easy to understand where I stand and when it’s safe to scale up.

The setup was smooth, and I like that I don’t have to monitor anything manually. It just works in the background.
