It’s a helpful tool, but I wish there were notifications to update me on my warm-up progress instead of having to check manually.

However, it would be even better if it could automatically prefill SMTP settings based on the email provider. I had to look up the details myself, which wasn’t a big deal, but it would make setup even smoother. Other than that, everything is running well so far.

I like that WarmInbox is separate from my cold email tool. It just focuses on warming up the inbox without interfering with my actual outreach. This way, I don’t have to worry about adjusting any settings or mixing up warm-up emails with my real campaigns. Everything runs in the background, which makes it really convenient.

Simple, effective, and no unnecessary features to complicate things. My inbox is warming up just like it should, and I appreciate that the app is focused only on that. If you need a no-fuss warm-up tool, this gets the job done.
