Weglot ‑ Translate Your Store

We used Weglot to translate the shop and it worked pretty well!
although some translation were more of robot translation but it was very easy to edit!

defiantly recommended for any kind of users

also their support is insane!
they often answer within couple of hours max.

Le staff et notamment Zoé a été très très réactive. Approche pédagogique, on vous explique comment faire et ça c'est excellent vraiment. C'est ça qui nous a convaincu, rapidité des réponses pour résoudre nos problèmes avec efficacité. Après, l'app a quand même des défauts qui mériteraient des améliorations pour que ce soit un incontournable : - le visual editor n'est pas fonctionnel selon le type de site (donc pour nous c'est pas la peine)
- le glossary rules a une logique où il faut supprimer les traductions pour les rentrer dans un autre ordre afin que les traductions avec combinaisons de mots fonctionnent correctement. - le nombre de mots est trop restreint en fonction du tarif des offres

Ho usato quest’app per un’unica traduzione in Italiano,a volte da qualche problemino,facendo sparire il carrello nell’ header,ma con l’aiuto dell’assistenza si risolve sempre tutto

Awesome customer service ! The app doesn't always translate perfectly and have some issue some times but they answer really fast to get help. Really recommend.

The app works differently from Shopify's language setting, making it a little bit difficult for people like me with barely any coding skill, and requires more time at beginning to figure out how does it work. I'm still rating it at least 4 stars partly because of the assistance from Albane, one of their support team members. With his patience and efforts, a lot of issues were solved, and I also kind had a quick tutorial from him about how to setup the app in the way I want. I would really want to rate it a 4.5 because I think it's still kind pricey based on how the app calculate the words being translated. Overall it's a good app.

Very simple to understand and use; perfect assistance for any doubt. Machine translations are a very good starting point and can all be manually modified. Great!

Reactive and good support team, I recommend. For the translation, it's not perfect, but it's easy to correct mistakes on it.
