Terrible app. You manually translate content on their platform, but the changes never reflect in your store. Their support team constantly tries to shift the blame, claiming it's an issue with Shopify or other apps, but never their fault. Truly disappointing.

App was working well even though setup is not easy if you have a complicated local structure. Suddenly something broke in the DNS. Our site went down for over 48 hours and the Support Team were exceptionally poor. We have moved away from the app which was a great idea but expensive in the end and unreliable.

This is the best localization app we have found so far. We've been using it for nearly a year and are quite happy with the result.
The support is superfast and helpful, which is I think the key element of the success.
We will stick to weglot when we localize the next language for sure.

Jeremie was incredibly helpful in walking me through the app setup process. He followed my emails patiently as I described the issues I was having, and then provided clear, step-by-step instructions to resolve it. Their knowledge of the app's features is really helpful, as he was able to suggest the right solutions. I also appreciated their resourcefulness in finding workarounds when I encountered a few minor blockages. That's really appreciated in a world in which customer service normally links you to a help center article, and you have to figure it all out. I'm grateful for their assistance and would highly recommend this app and their customer service team.

Weglot has got you - even if you switch shopping carts. We are running on WooCommerce and will soon switch to Shopify. Weglot is the easiest part of the migration. Some initial issues were quickly resolved by their 5star customer service!

Je suis vraiment ravi de cette application de traduction ! Tout est au top, que ce soit le produit ou le service. Les traductions automatiques sont d'une précision impressionnante, et la technologie derrière est vraiment pointue.

De plus, le service client est exceptionnel. Ils sont toujours disponibles et prêts à résoudre n'importe quel problème rapidement et efficacement. La fonctionnalité d'IA pour recopier automatiquement les traductions sur tout le site est un véritable atout qui facilite la vie.

Je recommande vivement cette application à tous ceux qui ont besoin de traductions de qualité !
