Mr. Jeremy from their team was an absolute gem. When I was struggling with styling the language switcher, he stepped in, guiding me patiently through each step. It's evident he knows the ins and outs of the system, but more than that, he took the time to truly understand my concerns and address them. Automatic translations are so much better then shopifys native service and with subdirectory integration there are no SEO or UX downsides anymore. Also rule-based translating is such a charm. Amazing product & service.
