This application has become one of the most impactful tools in improving our operations at Zietoon.
Once a customer places an order, the app automatically sends a confirmation message allowing the customer to either confirm or cancel. This feature has significantly reduced manual follow-ups and saved us a tremendous amount of time. The system also automatically tags confirmed orders and cancels orders if the customer fails to respond within the set timeframe, which has greatly minimized fake or unconfirmed orders.
Additionally, the latest updates introduced powerful new features, including:
