Whapi: WhatsApp API Automation

Once a customer places an order, the app automatically sends a confirmation message allowing the customer to either confirm or cancel. This feature has significantly reduced manual follow-ups and saved us a tremendous amount of time. We’ve been using Whapi for order confirmations and abandoned checkout recovery, and the results are amazing. The flow builder makes it easy to customize messages based on customer actions. Our confirmation rate increased and fake orders dropped significantly. Also love that we pay WhatsApp fees directly to Meta with no markup. Great support team and smooth setup.
