Great app. Just make sure to use whatsApp account which is active for at-least a year. Otherwise new account can get restricted for using this app. Over all very helpful and time friendly for automatic order confirmations. you can customize the texts also for order confirmation or order dispatching etc.

WhatFlow ne mere Shopify store ke liye game change kar diya! Setup bilkul easy tha aur within minutes WhatsApp automation chalne lagi. Ab main apne customers ke saath directly WhatsApp par connect kar sakta hoon — order confirmations, abandoned cart messages sab automatically jaate hain.
WhatsApp Got Banned!
Used WhatFlow for a few months and my WhatsApp account got restricted. This app uses an unsafe method (“link a device”) and can get your number banned. Not recommended!
Don't use this app, they are using unofficial API after sometime your whatsapp will be banned.
As the team at Ali Sports, we have been using WhatFlow-WhatsApp Automation to streamline our order confirmation and customer communication process on Shopify. Overall, it has been a valuable addition to our workflow.
After using this app for around 4-5 months our WhatsApp Business account has been banned twice for using an unauthorized API. Now we've lost our main WhatsApp account and have 100's of dissatisfied customers in terms of CS.

We installed WhatFlow on our Shopify store with high expectations, as the app promotes a strong feature set and advanced automation capabilities. Unfortunately, our experience did not match those promises.
In practice, most of the default triggers did not execute at all, and only a few triggers configured through Shopify Flow were intermittently executed. This made the automation unreliable and unsuitable for real business use, especially for time-sensitive customer communication.
Equally, concerning was the lack of effective customer support. Despite reaching out multiple times, we did not receive meaningful assistance or a clear effort to troubleshoot and resolve the issues.
Due to these persistent problems, we have uninstalled WhatFlow from our store and migrated back to the WhatsApp Business API using the WaSend app, which has proven to be significantly more stable and dependable for our requirements.
While the concept behind WhatFlow is promising, the current execution, trigger reliability, and support responsiveness need substantial improvement before it can be recommended for production use.
