Got our WhatsApp Business account restricted by Meta after a few months of use. We only used it for order confirmations and shipping updates — no broadcasts, no spam.

The problem is the app's design. WhatFlow connects via "link a device" instead of the official WhatsApp Business API, and Meta detects the automation pattern regardless of what you're actually sending. Several other reviews here report the same thing, with some merchants losing their number permanently.

For any real business, the small monthly saving is not worth gambling your WhatsApp number. Use an official BSP instead. Uninstalled.

horrible experience. app gets restricted if you get more orders. and mine has now stopped working. not sending confirmation msgs anymore. 0 customer support.

App just stopped working. No messages are being sent to customers and it also deducted subscription charges. No support chat available to complaint! Its been 2 days and no support.

i am using your product facing disconnection again and again. and now not connecting. connection via qr code not working and connection via code is not working whatsapp business accepts only numeric code and your software giving mix code

After using this app for around 4-5 months our WhatsApp Business account has been banned twice for using an unauthorized API. Now we've lost our main WhatsApp account and have 100's of dissatisfied customers in terms of CS.

Great for my business, instead of messaging manually and calling , this is gamechanger with confirmation message being sent within a split second , not only this but also super affordable even for small buisnesses.

updation of tags also reduces the need for check and balance on whatsapp dms

Whatflow solved one of my biggest problems.

Other apps use API systems where order confirmation, tracking etc. go automatically, but the problem is you have to reply from PC and can only chat after customer replies.

But in Whatflow, everything works from my own WhatsApp. I can send order confirmation, tracking, call customer, chat anytime — all in one place.

It’s very smooth and easy to use. Price is also good and support is helpful.

I liked the app, easy to use and set up. The only problem I'm facing is that it sends multiple images in a single order (if the order includes multiple products). Also, no CTA options.

We are facing serious issue. It keeps disconnecting again and again, which is causing major disruption to our work. because of this, our WhatsApp number also gets temporarily banned sometimes for 1–2 days. This is creating significant problems for our business.

Please review and improve your app’s security policies and overall stability. The app should be designed in a way that complies with WhatsApp’s security guidelines to prevent these repeated bans and disconnections.

We request you to resolve this matter urgently.
