One of the best app for abandoned cart recovery features. Whatsaap seems to be a very convenient option to remind customers on what they left back in the cart. The support team is prompt to solve all the doubts!! Would surely recommend it! Just a little complaint on the pricing part to the developer. We are sure if this product is priced at a good rate many more sellers would join!

It makes it so easy to interact with my customers and address abandoned carts , it doesn’t slow down my online store like some apps I have integrated in the past ..... I strongly recommend.
We have found the app easy for navigating around and the built-in functionality enables a direct contact with customers. The templates can all be customised so that the initial exchange makes the right impression. In addition, there was excellent support available to tailor the 'Contact Us' button so that it fitted perfectly with the page layout.

I do want to mention the app is clean. the workflow is just absolutely simple. From the pile of complex apps. This turned out to be the best in terms of simplicity, and yet meeting all the features I needed. And the customer support by the team is also friendly and quick.

We have used this app and it is a very good app for the cart recovery. One can customise the cart recovery text and save multiple templates. It helps in reminding client to complete their purchase. Completely satisfied with manual cart recovery mode. Excited to use automated mode also. :)
