Catalog seems to have limitations if the products have variation. I hope Whatsapp addresses this flaw. Apart from that automation and notification works well.
I used this app to send notifications to my customers and update them about various events. Customers find it easy to order via the app. I also use it to solve customer problems. The added benefit of the Product Catalog makes it easier to explain to customers about various products and inform them about the new products.
The application works well, connects easily with shopify without any hassle. Definitely helps in promoting the catalog to the customers and sending via campaigns. Recommended for sure.
There are some basic key features like custom campaigns, auto-replies, catalog replies, templates, saved replies, and many more which are very much helpful and must feature for e-comm business. The best thing about Interakt is their support The only thing I am not happy about is the user interface and also would request the team to do something about converting COD orders to Prepaid.
We have been using Interakt to set up our whatsapp business api and manage order related, customer support and marketing communications. The onboarding with them was smooth. Overall the product and its features are good. The team is reachable to sort out the technical issue or queries that ever arises.
