Thought I’d install it since many stores I saw use it. It’s very basic and barebone simple. There are better apps out there that are also free, like “callback” apps that save customer details for future follow ups.

Not great. Can't get it to recognize my FB page, nor my mobile number, but it did recognize that number for my Whatsapp, so I don't understand. It's free so you get what you pay for. I've uninstalled it now though.
