Address Guard

Prior to using address guard, we were having address issues where our customers were using shortened city names and wrong street suffixes (road, apt, drive etc) .. This app helped solve that issue by automatically fixing each address input to be accurate and standardized. I was also impressed by the excellent support both by phone and live chat .. being able to talk to somebody and ask a few questions without paying upfront monthly fees was great.

It's a pretty good app. It's well designed and works as intended. The customer support is relatively responsive and adaptive to customer needs. We are just waiting on them to include a confirm address button in the email and fix a small tagging issue. Overall 10 out of 10.

This app has proved fantastic at significantly reducing address errors both from the popup and email. We've also seen a large business cost savings a opposed to UPS charging us for every delivery issue.

If you're on the fence - try it out. Onboarding was simple .. took a few clicks and I was done.. no coding .. just works.
