This forum app is really great. I use it for customer support, faq, share information and create a community of customers and followers. The forum is fast and easy to use. Support is very slow if you need some customization like i did. Send an email days ago and still no answer

I've been trying to reach out the support team, haven't heard back from them in days.
Can't make the email notifications to work, been trying with different SMTP settings and nothing, looks like the app is using old gmail security methods.

Update: The app has some performance issues: load time, some basic features had issues and they also stopped replying to our requests which made it impossible for us to use it. We tested this app for more than one week.

Original review: We just started using the app and like it so far. The support team has been great at answering our questions. We'll update our review once we finish our community feature.
