Xero, QuickBooks or MYOB Sync

The claim of 24/7 support is only technically true, as you can fill out a support form whenever you like. Getting a response is much harder. I received an email back asking for more information, but once I replied I was not contacted back. I booked a 1-on-1 Zoom call and then never received a link to the meeting or a call or text, just radio silence. Their help line number consistently rings out or hangs up abruptly. If you value the ability to contact a help line, Amaka is not the app for you.

DO NOT USE, I installed this app and it didn't work, it would send me emails , I would log on but everything appeared fine. When I contacted support to have the historic transaction uploaded (it was 9 months that didn't work) they told me I would have to upgrade my membership ($460USD) for them to be able to do THE JOB THEY HAD BEEN PAID FOR FOR THE ENTIRE TIME.
Absolute criminals

The app doesn't work as advertised. We are trying to link the SKU from Shopify to the Item Code in Xero. The app is supposed to be able to do that according to the information provided in the app details before purchase and setup.

There is no way to speak directly to anyone from support except by sending a form from their website. No chatbot, no direct message, nothing.

You are not guaranteed a response until they email back. When they email you back, the support person will not be able to actually solve any problems.

We have been waiting for our case and problem to be raised with the 'senior technical team' for more than a month. The senior technical team has been added as an advisor to our Xero account but have not logged in, which implies that they haven't even looked at our case yet.

After undergoing the cumbersome and disruptive process of transitioning to this app for our reconciliation, we are now going to give up and move to a different solution due to their complete lack of support.
