Do not hesitate - hands down the best customer service I have received from any Shopify App developer. Fast and Efficient turn around, and willing to make small changes. Simple and Easy interface that does everything you need it to. Highly Reccomended
This was actually set up by my colleague who has a lot of knowledge regarding system integration so can't speak as to how easy/hard it was to put in place, however, since it has been set up it has been running perfectly well. I recently had to contact their software support team, as i thought i had changed a setting which would cause problems, and was pleasantly surprised that i was contacted within a couple of hours. Kumar emailed me and took me through the situation step by step which was very helpful. Would recommend.
I found setting up this App quite straight forward. It has worked smoothly. Whenever I have had questions the team have been very responsive and very helpful to assist. I use the App on 2 Shopify stores although you need a subscription for each store. I definitely recommend this App. Thank you.
Best app for connecting XERO to Shopify easily! I've used other apps and only had problems with them that cost us thousands of dollars to fix within our accounts in XERO. Not only is this app great, doing exactly what it should but by far comes with the best customer service I've probably experienced from any company to date. They always have gone above and beyond resolve all of our crazy issues that happen time to time doing the volumes that we do things are bound to have issues here and there and it's crucial to have a support team that jumps onto them and resolves them quickly which these guys do just that!
You would be crazy as a small business owner not to have this App. It is easy , functional and works Great service as well !
This is a great app as it helps to reconcile all Shopify transactions much quicker. I used to waste an incredible amount of time doing that manually. They also have outstanding support services. They help with personal changes patiently and in a timely manner. Their team is always happy to help in an efficient manner.
We have a small store based in Australia and they got both of our needs: invoice and inventory sync. Pricing is super friendly, setting up is not hard at all, and the support team was amazing! Just hoping that there are more instruction videos to set it up when you don't have an accountant with you/ doing your own bookkeeping. Otherwise, email the support team and they will clearly explain and help you!
We have been using Parex for our shopify store for over 12 months and make our Xero book keeping a lot easier. App always runs smoothly. Support team and dev teams are easy to deal with and responsive with features requested. Highly recommend this app!

There's no doubt this is an excellent app ( you can see the scores ) but for me the sign of a great product is the service when there's an issue. We just had stellar service from Parex during our first financial quarter of installation sorting out an EU VAT / OSS issue - Communications started from a chat app which in the wrong hands can be a dreadful experience, but here I spoke to the same person all the way through our issue .. It's now resolved with absolutely minor intervention from us which leads me to believe the support team know every single inch of both Shopify's API, their App's ( excellent ) capabilities and Xero .. There are other options for linking Xero to Shopify - please fully test this one first - It seems to do absolutely everything you need - Plus you will end up speaking to a caring, respectful and immensely knowledgeable team if you have any issues.
