I find the app frustrating and buggy. I also have to have two versions, one for shopify sync to xero and another for ebay to xero. Both work differently, both say they do both, but don't. Support is pretty average and I couldn't get actual help when I asked. Anyway, not impressed with spending a monthly fee for something that only just works.

A year later, the app is busted again. $30 a month for something to send a tiny bit of data between two apps. And they manage to snuff it. I'll be finding another solution.
