This app does majority of what our store needs. It's fast and has a lot of features & flexibility. Most of all, support is the best, responds to inquiries swiftly and tackles issues asap. Very reliable.

The idea is cool but I believe there is a lot of space for imprvement. It's not easy to set up, it requires a lot of time and the documentation and tutorials are really few.
I know it's a pretty hard field to deal with, but I believe an app should make hard tasks a bit easier.
I will be happy to try it again when it will be more user friendly.

I want to import more than 100,000 products, what can I do? I'm paying for the 99$ plan but is to small for me.
How much products you need to import?
So far, everything works perfectly.
It transfers categories and metafields very successfully. They are helpful even though it is difficult to communicate when there is a problem.
As it contains approximately 6-7 thousand products, it is very fluid and adequately covers my workload. I would definitely recommend it if you are integrating products into your website.
The support team is unresponsive. They don't respond to emails. They immediately charge $19 without even giving me a chance to try it. They have no interest at all.

I used this app to import my XML products to Shopify and despite a lot of mapping issues the developer helped me in many ways.
I ordered the Professional package for 40.000 products but keep in mind that Shopify restricts you to 1.000 variants p/day after 50.000 variants so cant really blame the developer about it if you see that products take days to import.
App is working very good! Maybe needs some additional fields for configuration (for complecated feeds), but in my opinion it is by far the best XML importer I have used (I have tested all of them).

Contacting the developer doesn't solve anything, products are not imported bulky, and we needed to upload all products individually. When we complained about it, the developer said you need to use the app, what do you think we were using and contacted you???
There is no problem with bulk import. You need to be more specific in your question
I pay for 10 000 products but only imported 209 ..... Why?????? Any help me for this problem?¿??????

We use this app to import and update products on our site from xml file. The support of the application is amazing, very friendly, they answer immediately and they helped me with every question and problem I faced.
I have a very large catalogue, of more than 29000 products each with average of 2 variants; my CSV feed has a totally customized format.
I have also complex requirements to handle price calculation, remap/merge fields, and handle removed products.
This is the only existing app which is able to fulfill all these requirements and helping me managing the import and daily update in a smooth way.
The support is incredible, very rapid for both fixing issues and implementing additional requirements and improvements for the app on demand.
Best app I've come across in this category, very well done, and the support is very helpful. Just what I needed after stock sync let me down twice! It is by far the best app for importing products. After a long search I have finally found this app.The attention of the support is extraordinary.
