I have been using this app for over a year now and overall it works well as an order management tool.

Good points:
- The UI is very neat and easy to use.
- Support team very responsive.
- Royal Mail integration is direct now which is good (used to go via NetDispatch which was a complete nightmare).
- Synchronisation of orders is okay, it used to be faster.

Bad points:
- There have been many periods of instability and outages in recent months, last few weeks things have improved.
- Have raised many enhancement requests which are acknowledged, but they never get fixed.


Zenstores have really made a difference to our business. This is a must have app for any mailorder shopify business. Works seamlessly with royal mail.

They also have taken time to ask for feedback and have even written a little article about us on their website.

It's just OG MY GOD type of app. If you have a BOA/DMO account with Royal Mail, this app allows you to print labels and invoices for hundreds of orders in just a few clicks and takes minutes, saving HOURS of work per week.



We have been using Zenstore for some time now. I can honestly say this is the best App to use for daily mail and generating our labels with Royal mail. It's so easy and so fast to use. It is saving us hours per day compared to everything else we have tried. Support has been quick to respond and very helpful.

We've been using Zenstores Despatch since we launched almost a year ago and we are absolutely happy with the service. The interface is simple and very easy to use and finding your way round is not a hassle. Not to mention cutting down shipping time.
