The catalogs are deconfigured by themselves, they lose the discounts that you apply, the cover images are lost and the worst thing is that the catalog disappears, I invested advertising to spread them and I was left hanging, the support is bad since they do not solve and they do not have clear proposals to such lacks errors, I do not recommend it, they waste their time and money

Amazing app and even better customer service! We had been looking for a catalog service that was easy to use and looked very professional. Other services we looked at were so expensive and you could never get in touch with anyone in customer service. Zination's catalog looks great, is totally affordable and when I need assistance I call and someone actually answers the phone and helps! Thanks Catherine!
Zero if I could..... Seriously, dont fall for this crap.... The reviews are fake.... The Functionality, useablility, codeability is not finished.. feels like it's in beta. I can confirm that it's not written by people with English as their first language and even the damn buttons for toggle are back-to-front. Itll take your day by the horns & shove it up ur own butt! Thats my feels at the moment......
Just wasted massive amounts of time trying to persevere with this app but enough is enough. Please, for the sake of your sanity & your back pocket.... Find something else!!!!!
Great customer service, app still has a few small glitches but overall works great. All of the suggestions I had, they already had in the works or they were willing to add them in. I would recommend
users beware! you get tricked into using this service for free - but if you have a couple of products, soon you will have to pay - the basic plan is no use as only allows for a max of 50 pages - bottom line it is expensive and charges are not clear upfront
Hard to express how good their Customer Service is, Emili helped me understand the platform and how to build catalogs in a zoom call! Great overall platform for creating line sheets and flyers for our Wholesale biz !
First off David is a great help. Every question/problem i had was answered within 30min excellent customer service.
Now for the app. Compared to a few other app like this this does the same but with more customizations and about 80% cheaper. For 10$/mo you can make as many catalogs as you need. There are some apps that charge 60$/mo thats ridiculous.
You can make a catalog and change the prices of the products to be wholesale prices and not show the price thats on your site so you can send to wholesale customers. Then you can make another for retail. Or make a custom catalog with custom prices for some special customer.
You can choose if you want all products or just 1 collection or just select the products you want.
Someone below said that compare at price is required but it is NOT. You just leave it blank and it won't show up on the catalog.
Theres a lot more good to say but id rather you download the app and try it out.
The only thing that it didn't do which David said he will get it added is, if you have a product with variants it doesn't show the available variants below the picture and pricing. Its at the end of the catalog in the appendix.

At first glance actually a cool app. But when trying to reach out for support. Nobody answers. I am now waiting 7 days.

This app is awesome! Very powerful for the money, or any money for that matter. I have been looking for an affordable option to get a catalog out to my customers and believe me this is it!! The support from Dave is off the charts. I have only scratched the surface on its capabilities. Can't wait to keep building on what I have started!

The customer service was super responsive and helpful. I had some initial troubles, however their team created a whole new catalog for me so I would not be troubled to do it myself. The catalog is modern looking and will make my life so much easier moving forward!
