First of all, great customer support. Second of all, it REALLY works. I thought the idea was a bit gimmicky at first, but in just a week, installing this app has already resulted in several additional sales and paid for itself. Highly recommend!

We just installed this app a few weeks ago and WOW! it started getting real results. The up-sells have made a meaningful difference in our bottom line. I don't know what the customer service is like because we have not needed to contact them for anything. It's working like a Swiss clock. Thank you for making this app available for us.

Their customer service is super responsive and helpful, the app itself is simple, however i hope they add more features to it.

There was an issue with the app when I first installed it. When the customer added a product to their cart, instead of 1, 2 were automatically added. Customer service fixed it for me within one day with no drama. The app is working really well now and already converting. It's a great app.

I was looking for an upsell app and Zipify fit the bill best to work with ReCharge which is my subscription app. Zipify is easy to use and figure out. Ezra is a legend so the bonus trainings provided from him and the team have been an awesome surprise!
