I am in the IT business for 20 years. From beeing a webdesigner to managing huge web application data center integrations and i have asked 3 times for support now, and all three times the support collegue from Zootrix not only understood what i was trying to achieve (with my very basic explanation) but also directly implemented a code set, which solved my query. The sticky ATC wasn't working with giftbox (multiple product selection), reached out to Danica and she helped us to solve it in 15 minutes.
