Great app, great support team. We use 8Returns specifically due to its integration with Xentral ERP - once we cor a customer creates a return in 8Returns it is automatically added and updated in Xentral. It saves a lot of time, effort and manual work by our customer service team.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der App, sie nimmt uns einen wesentlichen Teil unserer Retourenanfragen ab. Was noch ausbaufähig ist, ist der Bereich Retouren wegen Defekt. Hier ist die Einstellbarkeit noch nicht wirklich da.
