Merchants highly recommend this app for its ability to translate Shopify stores into multiple languages, enhancing customer reach. I purchased the app and added three languages, but despite this, the automatic translation does not start. There is no visible button to initiate the translation, and even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the issue persists. I have paid for the service, yet it is not functioning as expected. Very disappointed with this experience—it feels like a waste of money.
Translating a complicated website is never easy, and I've gone down quite a few roads. However, I'm happy I've ended my journey here. My website is now in 5 languages.
The support has been 10/10 (late night replies, helpful people). Thanks to Jack, Vera, Tony, Tobias, James and Michael (this probably proves how much support I've asked for!)
