The software looks complex however the support team helped me set it up, and answered all questions I had about any discrepancies I noticed. This app saves so much time on generating reports and finding the lost expenses in them, then transferring the information manually to QBO. Highly recommend
I'm absolutely happy how A2X works and syncs data of our Sopify sales and payouts with our Quickbooks Online account. It's a great tool with very precise data.
The A2X Support Team answered all my questions within really 15 minutes as they promise. They resolved the issue of missing some historical payouts during 15 minutes as well.
I tried other apps, and now I can say with complete confidence A2X app is the best solution.
Onboarding was amazing, super easy to set up and get started right away to categorize all my fees from Shopify. I think this is an amazing tool that has already relieved so much bookkeeping and accounting stress for myself and it's that much easier to keep my books clean so I can focus on bringing in revenue into the business.
Shopify is a great e-Commerce platform that does everything we need it to do... EXECPT... transfer all the payments and fees for all the sales and payment channels into our Xero accounting software. This is where A2X come in. It takes all of those transactions and put them in their right place in our Xero accounting software. It really does do all the heavy lifting for you. Plus the support is 5 star as well. What ever the issue their friendly and knowledgeable people are only too please to put back on track.

I recently had the need to utilise the one-on-one live service with a A2X consultant. I had a 30 minute call with personalised service to correct some in-house errors in the taxes and mapping. Will was extremely helpful & suggested some better avenues to track our payouts and reconciliation options. I really appreciated the intense attention to ensuring that our accounts are now on track & his cheerful professionalism. This is a very good platform with personalised professional assistance. I would definitely recommend this app!

I highly recommend A2X. It is a great software to automate your sales and save heaps of time. A big plus is the exceptional customer support.
